I’m Jess, founder of Sunnyside. Every week I look at the numbers of good businesses run by hard-working owners who still can’t say where the money went. For years, accountancy meant telling people what had already happened. I’d rather help you change what happens next.
That’s why I built the Sunnyside Profit System. You’ll work with me directly, every month, on your real numbers. No jargon, no judgement, and no lectures about your spending. Just a plan, and someone in your corner while you follow it.

Your accounts tell you what happened last year, and you still need them. This changes what happens next: every month, using your real numbers, before the year is over.
We’ll recommend one on your free profit call. If your main problem is never knowing what’s left, it’s Profit Path. If you’re making big decisions and need monthly numbers and forecasts, it’s Profit Partner. You can move up at any time.
It’s 30 minutes on the phone with Jess. She’ll tell you which stage of the Sunnyside Profit System you’re at, what your first 90 days would look like, and honestly whether we can help. If we can, she’ll recommend one package and tell you the price. If not, she’ll say so.
It’s one session a month, a 10-minute form beforehand, and a few minutes each time you move your money. Most owners find it saves them far more time than it takes, because they stop guessing.
Then that’s where we start. Your percentages come from your real numbers, so if there isn’t much room yet, we start small, but we always put something aside for profit from day one. If you have debt, part of every quarterly profit share goes to clearing it. If your business is struggling to pay its bills at all, we’ll tell you straight on the call and point you to the right free help.
No. The setup work is part of your first three months.
We agree it with you in month 1, to suit how money comes into your business: weekly, twice a month or monthly.
No. You’re welcome whoever does your accounts. The one thing we need is your bookkeeping kept on accounting software, such as Xero or QuickBooks, and up to date, because every session works from your real numbers. If it’s behind, we can quote to bring it up to date before you start.
No one can promise how much profit your business will make. That depends on your market and your customers. Here’s what you can count on from us: a set agenda every month, your summary within two working days, and your Profit Assessment and 12-month Profit Plan by day 90. On Profit Partner, your monthly numbers arrive by working day 10 as well.
And the system does its part. Move your money on your agreed days, and every time you’re paid, money goes to your profit, your tax and your own wage before anything else. Whatever comes in, you’ll know exactly where it’s going.
