Referral Programme T&C’s

General Sunnyside Accountancy Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions.

The Sunnyside Accountancy Client referral scheme is open to existing, previous and non-Sunnyside Accountancy clients.

To make a valid referral, you must either: email info@sunnysideaccountancy.co.uk: or call 01380 819905.

Referrals will only be eligible if the referred company is not already in conversation with us via any other channel.

There is only one reward for each Referred company/organisation referred. Sunnyside Accountancy will notify the Referrer if the Referred company/organisation has previously been referred.

If a Referred company is sent by multiple Referrers, whichever Referrer submitted the referral first will be deemed as the Referrer.

To constitute a successful referral, the referred business must sign an agreement for at least one of the monthly or ad-hoc Sunnyside Accountancy services.

If the referred business signs an agreement for the monthly Sunnyside Accountancy service the referrer will receive a Not on the High Street voucher equivalent to one month’s fees of the referred company per successful referral.

If the referred business signs and agreement for annual or ad-hoc services, the referrer will receive a Not on the High Street voucher equivalent to 10% of the referred company’s agreed fees per successful referral.

There is no limit to the number of businesses a referrer can refer.

The Referrer may be named in communication between Sunnyside Accountancy and the Referred Business.

Vouchers will be issued once the Referred Business has paid three months’ monthly fees, in the case of a monthly service agreement, or once the the Referred Business has paid the fee in full, in the case of annual or ad-hoc fees.

In the event of any disputes regarding any Referred company/organisation, the decision of Sunnyside Accountancy is final.

In the event of a Referrer not receiving a referral fee, a claim must be raised for consideration to info@sunnysideaccountancy.co.uk within 90 days of the referral form submission. Any claims made after 90 days will not be eligible for a Referral fee.

Client Referral leads must close within 12 months of the submission date. Referrals which do not become clients within this date will not be eligible for a referral fee.
